This Tagliolini are produced following a truly artisanal process: bronze die extruded, cut using a knife and laid down on wooden frames to dry. Excellent if combined with melted butter and some leaves of fresh sage, ragout sauce, mushrooms sauce and of course perfect with few slices of White Alba Truffle.
