This vinegar is made from D.O.C.G. Barolo, following the traditional method and matured in oak casks. It is excellent to cook meat and to dress salads. A great product with a distinctive acidic taste, beautifully clear with bright red and orange shades. Its aroma recalls the body and characteristics of the wine has been used for its production.
