After many years producing exclusively the classical 4 types of pasta, Martelli is offering now a new pasta shape: Fusilli di Pisa. This pasta is produced using only top quality durum wheat semolina and carefully following the old traditional methods: long kneading of semolina with pure cold water, extrusion with copper dies, drying for 50 hours and packing by hand in the unmistakable traditional yellow paper packs. The Fusilli di Pisa are shaped to remind the Leaning Tower that is a world wide know symbol of the city.
