Intense straw yellow color. Delicate bouquet with notes of exotic fruits, ripe pear and acacia honey. In the mouth it is soft, with a pleasant freshness in the aftertaste.
It is recommended served cool (10-15 degrees), ideal with fish appetizers, light first courses, risotto, asparagus. Thanks to its flavor, it also goes well with oriental cuisine.
