This natural sea salt with crystals of medium/ne size is still traditionally called “the Pope’s salt” as the Pope was the one to receive the first harvested salt. Carefully selected in the salt pans of the natural park of Cervia, it is naturally dried and rich in trace elements from the sea. None of the additives, often used in ne salts to enhance ow and avoid clumping, are added to this truly natural product.
