Galateo & Friends, Passepartout, Aged Red Wine Vinegar 陳年紅酒醋
This aged wine vinegar is created using selected Piedmontese wines. The acidification process is finalised in very small oak barrels, where the vinegar is left aging for a year. During this period, the wood of the barrels give the vinegar a typical amber shade and enhances its flavour. Just a few drops are sufficient to enjoy its strength and well-balance aroma.
