How to Use:
Add to the pasta and stir. This base allows you to create your favorite version of Carbonara:
- Classic Carbonara Romana with the addition of crispy guanciale
- MarBonara – Seafood Carbonara, adding fish and shellfish
- Veg-Carbonara with vegetables.
It can be kept warm while serving without the egg clotting.
12 servings (40g of sauce season 80g of pasta).
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator +4°C/+39°F and consume within 7 days.
