Pastai Sanniti’s pasta is made from wheat cultivated on planet Earth, carefully selected from the finest Italian and international sources to ensure a low gluten index and high protein content. Every step of the production process is thoughtfully designed to preserve quality and promote well-being: the dough is vacuum extruded and gently cooled to protect the gluten structure, while slow drying at low temperatures guarantees a perfect texture and easier digestion.
