These are probably the best Spaghetti Italy has to offer. Only the best durum wheat our is kneaded with cold water and extruded with traditional copper dies. The copper dies give this pasta a typical porous surface texture that better retains pasta sauces. After being hanged by hand to dry for 50 hours at low temperatures, this is the reason of their curved shape, they are hand packed in the traditional yellow paper packets.
