Galateo & Friends, Passepartout, Aged Red Wine Vinegar 陳年紅酒醋 250ml

This aged wine vinegar is created using selected Piedmontese wines. The acidification process is finalised in very small oak barrels, where the vinegar is left aging for a year. During this period, the wood of the barrels give the vinegar a typical amber shade and enhances its flavour. Just a few drops are sufficient to enjoy its strength and well-balance aroma.
這陳年紅酒醋，精選皮埃蒙特出產的葡萄酒，於極小的橡木桶中陳釀一年。陳釀期間，木桶的木質會促使醋呈現經典的琥珀色，並加强其風味，只需幾滴，足以享受其強勁而均衡的芳香。
