This small, family run farm, located in Huelva, Spain has been certified organic for over 20 years. Here the owner Miguel and his family raise exclusively 100% Iberico pigs and produce every year a small number of extraordinary, certified organic hams and paletas.
The Iberico pigs are raised free range on a 700 hectares of land (with and average of more than 3 hectares per pig) and fed only with acorns and grass they will forage freely.
These are pigs raised as they should, with dignity and with respect of the environment.
To use a Slow Food motto, these hams are GOOD, CLEAN and FAIR and you can taste every bit of their goodness.
